黑石收购深国投商置4成股份 Nov 5th 2013, 06:18 美国私募股权基金巨头黑石集团同意斥资4亿美元，收购深国投商用置业集团4成股份。深国投商置在全国各地拥有并管理19个购物中心。 黑石董事总经理王天兵表示，作为战略伙伴，黑石盼望与深国投商置合作，进一步扩张业务网络，并增加收购。 王天兵本人拒绝透露此次投资金额，但据知情人士透露，涉及金额约为4亿美元。 王天兵表示，黑石之所以决定收购深国投商置股份，是因为该公司管理团队优秀，加上内地持续推进城镇化，且零售增长强劲。
