美国财政部称人民币升值步伐不够快未把中国列为汇率操纵国 Oct 31st 2013, 02:34 【彭博讯】美国财政部表示，人民币汇率被大幅低估，而且升值步伐不够快，不过未把中国列为汇率操纵国。 人民币「在升值，但没有需要的那么快或那么多，」美国财政部周三在华盛顿公布提交给国会的半年度汇率报告中表示。 美国财政部表示，尽管中国的外汇存底以任何方式衡量都绰绰有余，但有证据显示中国今年已恢复大规模购买外汇，这影响到由市场来决定汇率的能力，导致人民币汇率被大幅低估。 人民币周三连续第四天贬值，为7月份以来最长贬势，中国央行在美元升值之际下调人民币中间价，将人民币兑美元的中间价下调0.06%至6.1412元人民币，为10月17日以来最弱水准。中国央行设定的人民币兑美元汇率波动区间为每天中间价的上下1%。
