薄熙来案二审维持原判 Oct 25th 2013, 02:48 （南早中文网讯）10月25日上午，山东省高级人民法院对薄熙来受贿、贪污、滥用职权案二审公开宣判，裁定驳回上诉，维持一审无期徒刑判决。 9月底，薄熙来以受贿、贪污、滥用职权3项罪名一审被判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身。随后，薄熙来不服判决，向法庭提交上诉状，山东省高级人民法院在10月9日予以受理。
