刻"到此一游"将可拘留10天 Sep 25th 2013, 10:19 （南早中文网讯）10月1日起开始实施的内地新《旅游法》，规定游客乱涂乱画，最高会受到5日以上10日以下拘留。 据云南省、市旅游专家向云南网透露，新《旅游法》对如何处罚旅游者不文明旅游行为作了明确规定。对于刻画、涂污或者以其他方式故意损坏国家保护文物、名胜古迹的行为，可处警告或200元以下罚款；情节较重的，处5日以上10日以下拘留，并处200元以上500元以下罚款。 据报道，一些国人以往习以为常的陋习，如为赏风景停车挡道、在名胜古迹、文物上刻画、涂污等，在即将到来的十一黄金周将可能面临严厉惩罚。
