物美收购内地卜蜂莲花超市 Oct 15th 2013, 06:34 内地超市连锁集团物美商业将收购内地大部分卜蜂莲花超市门店，涉资逾30亿港元。 知情人士称，该收购案将於今天（周二）稍後公布。卜蜂莲花超市隶属於泰国首富谢国民（Dhanin Chearavanont）旗下的正大集团。 收购完成後，物美将拥有内地大部分卜蜂莲花超市门店。消息人士称，仅广东省的几家门店仍将属於卜蜂莲花名下。
