外资重回内地地产市场 Sep 24th 2013, 08:32 上海早前签署多项重大地产交易，推高今年上半年地产交易数量，达到2012年整体交易量的三倍，显示外资重回内地地产投资市场。 私募股权公司中信资本高级董事总经理兼房地产投资部门主管程骁远表示，会有更多外资快速流入内地地产市场。 国际地产谘询公司戴德梁行的研究显示，今年上半年，上海达成的1000万美元以上的交易总计达170亿元人民币（214亿港元），外资并购为138亿元人民币，即占比81%。 分析师表示，大部分内地开发商面临流动资金短缺问题，一些大型开发商已在海外上市以获取境外资金。
