华北发霾黄色预警 局地重度霾 Oct 28th 2013, 02:22 （南早中文网讯）据中央气象台网站10月27日18时发布霾黄色预警，内地华北地区因空气质量明显降低，人员需适当口罩防护。呼吸道疾病患者尽量减少外出。 气象台表示，预计昨晚至今天白天华北中南部空气污染气象条件达4级，局地达5级，恶化了的气候很不利于空气中污染物扩散。 据称，河北中南部、京津地区、山西南部、陕西关中地区、河南北部等地有中度霾，局地重度霾。
